This weekend, mom was supposed to help me sew my dress for the Renaissance fair in mid August.  We did a little of that. mostly though, we've been packing. Now, they are packing to move into a new apartment. I am packing to move into a new apartment and packing for college and packing away the stuff I'm storing for the next four years. That is quite a bit more difficult.

Albeit mom works all the time, so I understand where she is coming from and have no issues.

Albeit this is the first big move Morgan will ever remember, so I understand his anxious behavior. I just don't want to deal with it.

Albeit my dad is struggling with depression and diabetes. I get that. As long as he stays sulking in the corner I won't have any issues, but the minute he starts railing on me when I wake up and don't even get a chance to be alive before I'm yelled at to pack, then we are going to have issues.

I just realized that I seem to be angry at my dad a lot. And I am. But I also love him dearly. He used to be my favorite person ever, so I guess that's why I'm so angry that he has let me down.

But I found a bunch of old fics that I'm going through to see what I can salvage and make awesome.

I am also struck by how big my Teen Titans obsession used to be.

I'm also realizing that my FFXII obsession still hasn't died... hmm.... :D oh well I love my obsessions!

I graduated high school, and a week later my mom, brother, and I were moving across the state. It was madly stressful and we screamed at each other alot and she was angry and depressed. And the stuff of mine that hadn't gone to storage stayed in its boxes, because I was going off to college that summer, and there wasn't much reason to unpack.

So MAN I totally feel where you're coming from. Depressed parents and moving and graduation and the incoming storm front that is college. Anyways -- I'm absolutely certain you'll pull through. And hey -- you've got fan fiction! And Internet Friends! WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG

YAY FOR INTERNET FRIENDS! Yeah, seriously, talking to you guys has pretty much saved my sanity. Thankfully we haven't reached the screeching part, but as the move out date gets closer, I know it's going to get there.

Thanks for being with me and understanding. It makes me feel a lot better.

Well, I'm glad to some help! Or put better and more accurately, I'm glad you can find in my posts and comments something helpful. I was really terrified of leaving any sort of comment; I didn't want to belittle what you are going through, and I also didn't want to come across as condescending, nor did I want to be like INTERNET FRIENDS THEY MAKE EVERYTHING BETTER EVEN REAL LIFE TERRIBLE THINGS.
