Pre-River Rafting...

nal_reneI'm a little anxious actually. Really excited, but what am I going to do sitting in a boat floating for four hours tomorrow? Listen to conversations made by drunk and high adults?
It'll be cool I guess to float down the river, but what if something super cool comes to mind for an RP or a fic? Or about life and my audition on the 12th? I will have nothing to do... at all.
It'll be fun to be with my mom though.
Funny. I'll be an adult in a little over a month and I still put them into a different category. Maybe because they are? They drink and do drugs and try to get my mother to do that stuff to. I don't care that my mom gets tipsy off of her occasional bottles of wine, but I refuse to have anything to do with her when she starts to drink too much or when she comes home after trying funny stuff with her friends.
So why am I going?
Because I'll be river rafting! I've never done it before and we just got an awesome intertube boat thing. IT EVEN HAS A COOLER! we are making samiches to take with us along with our Gatorade. What if I have to use the restroom while on the river? Huh... I guess I 'll just have refrain from drinking too much Gatorade.
And because if I'm there then my mother won't get into so much trouble.
And I love spending time with her. We'll get horribly sunburned though. HAHA! What fun. I just hope it goes away for my audition.
