For Better
Feb. 28th, 2011 05:24 pmToday was a very productive day as far as Senior Project.
I found and confirmed my stage crew and light booth people. We got our main man Nick (he better actually show up), we got Shelbey working Sound and Karren working Lights. Our Stage Manager is Kaitlyn and our Assistant Stage Manager is Lydia. Kaitlyn seems a little lost sometimes, but Lydia is just taking it in strides. They are new to Stage Managing, but are very firm and know how to be heard.
We also worked through some of the silent blocking, that they have been skipping for the most part. It is a little hard to give Cody direction simply because he is very set in his ways and since he was gone for 4 days of our rehearsal, two of which he could have made, but choose not to, he is testing his limits with me and we just don't have the time for that.
I think I am making progress with Ben though. He has just reached this level with Wally and Wally's tone that I am in love with. He is progressing very well. He takes my notes well. He had some trouble at first too, so there is hope that I can get Cody to stop messing with my limits.
